1. About ScentDrop

ScentDrop is an independent fragrance sample and decant business based in the United Kingdom.

We sell fragrance decants and samples from genuine fragrance products purchased through legitimate retail and wholesale channels.

ScentDrop is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to any fragrance brand or manufacturer unless explicitly stated otherwise.

All brand names, trademarks, product names and logos remain the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the products being offered.

2. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices and other information displayed on this website are accurate and up to date.

However, packaging, bottles and presentation may vary from the images shown.

Fragrance perception can also vary between individuals due to skin chemistry, environment and personal preference. ScentDrop cannot guarantee that a fragrance will smell identical to how it is perceived by another person.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, fragrances sold by ScentDrop are supplied as decanted samples from genuine fragrance bottles and are not supplied in the original manufacturer’s retail packaging.

3. Authenticity

ScentDrop is committed to supplying genuine fragrance products.

Our decants are filled from genuine fragrance bottles purchased by ScentDrop.

We do not manufacture, reformulate or alter the fragrances themselves.

4. Orders and Payment

Orders are only accepted once payment has been successfully received.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a genuine reason to do so, including suspected fraudulent activity, pricing errors, stock issues or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If an order is cancelled by us after payment has been received, the customer will receive a full refund for the cancelled order.

5. Prices

All prices displayed on the website are in British Pounds Sterling (£).

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted and paid for.

Occasionally, an item may be displayed with an incorrect price due to a genuine website or administrative error. Where this occurs, we will contact you before processing the order and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or receive a full refund.

6. Right to Cancel

Under UK consumer law, customers purchasing online generally have a 14-day cooling-off period in which they may cancel their purchase without giving a reason.

However, certain exceptions can apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken.

Where applicable, ScentDrop may therefore be unable to accept returns of fragrance products where the product has been opened, used or the packaging/seal has been broken.

Customers wishing to exercise their cancellation rights should contact us as soon as possible.

7. Returns and Refunds

If you wish to return an eligible item, please contact us before sending anything back.

Returned products must be unused and in their original condition unless the return relates to a faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied item.

Customers are responsible for taking reasonable care of items while they are in their possession.

Where a return is accepted, refunds will normally be made using the original payment method.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

8. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may ask for photographs or other information to help us investigate the issue.

Where appropriate, we will provide a replacement, refund or other remedy in accordance with your legal rights.

9. Fragrance Allergies and Sensitivities

Fragrances contain ingredients that may cause irritation or allergic reactions in some individuals.

Customers should review the available product information and ingredient information where provided and should not use a fragrance if they know they are sensitive or allergic to any of its ingredients.

ScentDrop cannot guarantee that any fragrance will be suitable for every individual.

If irritation or an allergic reaction occurs, discontinue use and seek appropriate medical advice.

10. Website Use

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its systems.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website where we reasonably believe that it is being misused.

11. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content of this website, including ScentDrop branding, logos, photographs, graphics, text and other original material, belongs to ScentDrop or is used with appropriate permission.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute or commercially exploit our original content without prior written permission.

Third-party trademarks and brand names remain the property of their respective owners.

We aim to keep the ScentDrop website available and functioning correctly, but we cannot guarantee that the website will always be available or free from interruptions, errors or technical issues.
