At ScentDrop, we aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly and carefully as possible.

Processing & Dispatch

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days of payment being received.

Orders are dispatched Monday–Friday. Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information where applicable.

UK Delivery

We currently ship orders throughout the United Kingdom.

Standard UK Delivery:
Orders are sent using a tracked or recorded postal service where appropriate. Delivery is typically expected within 2–3 working days after dispatch, although delivery times can occasionally be longer during busy periods, weekends, bank holidays or postal delays.

Any estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed.

Delivery Delays

Once an order has been handed to the postal service, delivery is outside of ScentDrop’s direct control.

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will do our best to assist and, where applicable, provide tracking information or contact the delivery provider.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct before completing your order.

ScentDrop cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional postage may be required before the order can be resent.

Damaged or Missing Orders

We take care when packaging every order. If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the packaging and the contents so that we can investigate the issue.

If your order appears to be missing, please contact us so that we can check the tracking information and assist with the delivery provider’s investigation where necessary.

International Shipping

At present, ScentDrop only ships within the UK.

We may introduce international shipping in the future.
